The set up was superb and it made all the difference. Can you please let your technician for last night know, that I am very grateful for all that he did, which made the event run flawlessly.
I would like to point out that your staff were polite, courteous and quick but one of your men went a stage further, he checked every slide was fully visible on the screen and even corrected any out of sync slides. He did this without having to be asked and I felt this was worthy of a quick thank you note.
