We are very proud of our conference service. We will work closely with you to deliver that all important message. A site visit will be carried out if required to ensure we have all of the correct information; the planning of your event through to the actual concept is just as important to us as it is to our clients.

We have in-house craftsmen to manufacture custom sets designed to meet your individual requirements. Our unique service provides you with a sophisticated set for your conference and includes all audio visual support, sound, visuals and a technician on site to assist you throughout your event.

Our video film division can produce a spectacular film with which to open your conference. This will grab attention and create a focused atmosphere.

Or why not film your conference? You will have a future reference to the day and a record of the message that can be duplicated and sent to other branches or over seas.

We can offer the up to date Audience Response system – a hand held keypad system with an experienced technician. This can be used per delegate, or per table. It is very beneficial for immediate feedback, response on the conference subject, gathering information for breakout sessions, or a quiz for entertainment. All the results from the options 1-7 can be flashed up on screen and displayed as you wish. This is a cost effective solution to keeping information – especially for taking away the vital responses from your audience.

For added finesse we suggest an Autocue System which is available with an experienced autocue technician provided.

Event Management

We work with experienced Event Management Coordinators. This service can be used either just on the day of your conference, or we can support you from sending out the invitations, to online booking forms. Let us take away the stress of organising everything by taking care of the whole event on the actual day and liaising with your chosen venue throughout the planning of your event.
