LED Wall Kit Builder
Type in the wall you want and get back the panel grid, weight, power draw and cable count to quote it — built around the Unilumin uPad IV module.
Size the wall
Panels only build in whole 500mm squares — enter the wall you want and it rounds up to the nearest full panel in each direction.
The kit
Weight is an editable estimate — confirm exact cabinet weight against the uPad IV data sheet before booking a vehicle or a rigging point.

Rear support & ground rigging
The wall's own size now decides whether rear support comes in at all: below the height threshold it's assumed to stand on ground beams alone; at or above it, rear support legs, arms, crossbars, weight brackets and ballast are worked out from the panel grid. Ratios depend on your rig plan and the floor you're building on — set these from the Unilumin support kit datasheet or your own build standard; defaults below are a sane starting point, not a manufacturer spec.

Power draw
Split evenly across L1/L2/L3 as a solid wall is normally wired — feed the max-draw figure into the phase calculator on the power page for a full rig, not just this wall.
Distribution — Socapex to PowerCon
Feed comes off a 63A 3PH+N+E distro with an Earth Leakage Relay, out to Socapex, each Socapex breaking out to 6×16A, each 16A converted to PowerCon at the wall.

Data & processing
Controller picks itself off the wall's own resolution — 1080p (1,920 × 1,080px) or under runs on the MCTRL660 Pro, anything over steps up to the MCTRL4K. Ports-per-processor varies by model — set your processor's actual port budget (pixels or cabinets per port) from its spec sheet. Controller-to-wall data runs on the 10m Staggered 6-way Cat5e LED Loom — each loom bundles 6 runs, so it's ordered by the loom, not the individual cable.
