Video Inn Production is proud to support each and every client with designing a creative, professional and inspirational conference. Custom designed conference backdrops which are built in house are available, or you can choose from a large choice of standard backdrops and stage sets, lighting and equipment to compliment your requirements. Please ask about our audience response system which will greatly enhance your conference activity and participation.
Equipment Hire
Daily or weekly hire for audio visual equipment from our extensive range is available 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
The basic equipment within our range includes LCD projectors, screens, PA systems, microphones, staging, lighting… the list goes on. We hire all of the audio visual equipment you can think of, with the confidence of a highly trained audio visual technician to deliver, install and collect the equipment.
